HOW TO ORDER:

PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE:

When shopping online at this site, you may use your credit or debit card, or your Paypal Account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Safe and secure checkout is provided by Paypal.  You DO NOT need a Paypal account to place your order online. If you do not have a Paypal account, simply bypass the Paypal Log-in portion of the checkout process and proceed to the next steps.

 

To shop at this site and view our list of available products, simply click on any of the buttons categorized as follows: Four-Instrument Kits, Three-Instrument Kits, Double-Instrument Kits, Single-Instrument Kits, and Individual Items (items that can be purchased separately). Click the "Add to Cart" button next to the kit or item you want to purchase. This takes you then to your shopping cart screen, where you have the option of selecting the quantity you want, or to remove that item— should you change your mind and decide not to purchase it. From there you can: (1) continue shopping, or (2) proceed to checkout. Once you proceed to checkout, enter your billing information. You may review your order at any time before finalizing your order. Your transaction WILL NOT BE FINAL unless you click the "Pay" button. Upon clicking the "Pay" button, you will be presented with a receipt that you may print for your records. Paypal will also send you a receipt by email.

 

NOTE: If your computer locks up or you lose Internet connection before receiving your receipt, please contact us first before re-entering your order. Sometimes the order may have gone through before you lost connection and we want to verify non-receipt first so that you can avoid double submissions.

PLACING YOUR ORDER THROUGH THE MAIL:

If you wish to make payment with a check or money order, you may do so by mailing your order to DOG-MASTER® LEARNING SYSTEM. To do this, simply browse this website and place your orders in your shopping cart as if you are shopping online. When you are finished with your selection(s), DO NOT PROCEED to checkout. From here you have two (2) options:

 

Option 1: PRINT out the online shopping cart and write down your name and your shipping address directly on the print-out. Include your e-mail address if you want us to notify you when we receive your order. To determine your payment amount, add up the subtotal and the shipping charges on your print-out. Make your check or money order payable to: DOG MASTER LEARNING SYSTEM. Mail your print-out together with your check or money order to:

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY: Add sales tax (9.75% of the subtotal amount on your print-out, highlighted in yellow in the figure below) to your payment amount.

 

Option 2: DOWNLOAD and PRINT out our ORDER FORM. Copy the Item number, the Item description, the Quantity, the Amount, the Subtotal, and the Shipping charge from your online shopping cart and write them on the Order Form. Fill out your customer billing and shipping information, and follow the steps for mailing as outlined in the form.
