You may be interested in learning a little about mental perception: how we see, understand, or view things. To demonstrate something of what we mean when we say that you must learn to "see your dog and yourself differently" we are about to use some SIGHT PERCEPTION examples. Since we are concerned with IDEA PERCEPTION, or INSIGHT, these examples should provide a chance for you to experience, on a visual level something of what we mean by actually giving you the mental experience of perceiving something anew— in far greater depth.

As a matter of fact, you see it either way!
It will soon change back and forth as you stare at the center of it. You will notice difficulty in controlling which way you DO perceive it. Make an effort to
hold it one way or the other. You will see the STRENGTH of your own perception.
