The M-2 THREE-INSTRUMENT KITContains three instruments: two M-1s and one M-2.
This is the Three-Instrument version of the John Maurice Four-Instrument Kit. This kit is a real bargain for those who have smaller to medium-sized family dogs in the city and the suburbs because it has sufficient instruments for the initial conditioning, but more importantly it already contains the M-2 which is excellent for reaching obstacle-ridden areas and has twice the distance of the M-1. The M-2 can be used alone AFTER the initial conditioning in lower altitudes (less than 1000 feet) and uneven conditions, when the dog is responding well. But we cannot discount the usefulness of the M-1, which due to its small size and light weight may be kept in the pocket at all times, ready for instant correction.
